I bought this book as a follow up to the author’s book ‘understanding anxiety’. I was really pleased to see that this book was just as well written and helpful. The chapter ‘what NOT to do’ was a real eye opener as I discovered that I have actually been doing four of the things advised! The author has packed the book with advice, concrete actions, that I can start applying immediately. A great purchase and one I’d recommend to anyone who has or suspects they have anxiety.
