Really explained lots

Honestly- the past couple of moths have been horrible on my anxiety I moved from Scotland to England last summer but I think not spending the holidays with my family have really got to me and with working every hour under the sun my anxiety has got so bad!! This book has explained what anxiety is and pretty much everything a worried mind needs to know!!

This is an excellent self help guide for those in the grip of panic and anxiety. The author sets out in very simple terms the symptoms and effects of anxiety and panic and was a great help to me in understanding what was happening to me. I have followed the simple techniques the author sets out to deal with my anxiety, and whilst it is a daily struggle I began to feel like myself again within a few days.

Couldn’t recommend this book more. Having had anxiety for years now and only just realising that all my symptoms relate exactly to the ones in this book, it’s put my mind at ease. It’s a good short read which is also great as concentrating on anything can be struggle! Anytime I feel symptoms coming on it can be highly reassuring reaching for this book, thankyou x

This book is easy to read if you are struggling with concentration through anxiety. It basic to understand sometimes I wanted more info. But it is very good at covering all the basics and reminding people of them. I would of given five stars had it been more helpful l to me personally as though it reminded me of things it didn’t have all the answers……for me anyway. What I did like is that the author spoke from personal experience.

This extremely informative book explained exactly what I was going through, why and how it was happening and how to control and prevent it. Anxiety: Panicking About Panic has been written by someone who knows first hand how debilitating anxiety can be. For me, it has proved immensely beneficial.
