Great boxing workout book, packed with ideas and wokout sets, but probably best if u know or have some experience of boxing basics as advice for beginners is a bit thin, if not, get a book which covers that and still get this. The two make for game, set and match for fun workouts, strength building, serious fat loss and great boxing teaching.
