After reading this I can see why many people refer to it as ‘the bible’ of fat loss. Indeed, the book is thorough in every department and answered many questions I’d never got round to figuring out for myself. There are however one or two things I’d like to pick at, if I may, which I’ll get to in a bit.

Jumps from very simple to complicated very quickly and there is a fair bit of personal bias when it comes to interpreting some of the studies used as examples but the messages this book gives out seem to be at the forefront of what most of Americas top dietitians and trainers are saying currently and the advice is a lot better than you will get from any “Fad diet” book out there.

This is a bible for permanent weight loss. It tells you exactly what you need to know in order to lose weight and keep it off. It explodes a lot of myths and leaves you with a blueprint of what you need to do to change your life in terms of your body composition. Do what it says trust it and it will work for you. If you don’t do what it says then it won’t work. I’ve done what it advises and I’ve lost 25 pounds of flab in 7 months. I recommend this book.

This book is informative and detailed some people may find it a bit too academic (as I did) i still enjoyed it but can be quite lengthy and detailed. Helped me lose two pounds and have only been using it for a few weeks

This is honestly one of the best books I have ever read!! I could not put it down! This is the book for you if you serious about fat burning and getting that dream body. I considered myself quite knowledgable in this area but even this book has opened my eyes. Really outstanding book and in all honesty the best advice I’ve ever had, better than any personal trainer! I love it a must buy

This book is really good. At times I find myself getting a bit confused and trying to do too much at once but this book keeps it nice and simple and doesn’t overwhelm you. Great for thinking about fat loss and feeding the muscle, definitely. Also helps with thinking about workouts and planning them. Again, keeping it nice and simple so I would recommend!

Brilliant book for those of you wanting to shred the fat and build muscle. I read this before competing in a bikini competition and it certainly helped my progress. It has formulas to test out and workouts to try. Great for those of you that have recently joined a gym but still uncertain of what to do in and out of the gym.
