After reading this I can see why many people refer to it as ‘the bible’ of fat loss. Indeed, the book is thorough in every department and answered many questions I’d never got round to figuring out for myself. There are however one or two things I’d like to pick at, if I may, which I’ll get to in a bit.

Dont think about it, buy it and change your life!

You won’t need any other book on fitness, this is the best I’ve ever come across. I especially love the chapter on the mental part of training, better and more concise than most self-help books and the author’s enthusiasm and energy comes through the pages. You can change your life with the help of this book ( if you have the willingness) and not just fitness- and health-wise. That chapter is a must for everyone with any kind of goal!

This book is really good. At times I find myself getting a bit confused and trying to do too much at once but this book keeps it nice and simple and doesn’t overwhelm you. Great for thinking about fat loss and feeding the muscle, definitely. Also helps with thinking about workouts and planning them. Again, keeping it nice and simple so I would recommend!

Some things in the book I already practice to a degree , but reading the whole book and understanding where all 4 parts fit into your life makes this a must read and extremely educational even for those who may think they know it all 🙂 awesome read

Helped with all sorts, used it for 2 years and also his site. On/off but answer most questions. Becomes a bible and gives you reasons for his suggestions, after reading the things he tells you seem so logical
