This book is a must read for all coaches and parents. While it has all the information regarding strength, conditioning, speed, agility etc. it offers so much more. i.e. helping to develop young athletes both physically and mentally. More importantly, it makes coaches and parents think about their own roles. If you haven’t read this book and your are a coach or parent of a young athlete and you think you are doing a great job, think again!
