If you are struggling to lose weight and you want to lose weight quickly but safely, then I highly recommend this book. It is aimed at the US market, so there are a few ingredients that will be hard to locate in the UK, but the message is one that can easily be followed. Well done Linda.

Detoxing is no way a healthy practice because it clears some of the toxins from your body. And its good to clear your body from such toxins every once in a while without letting them clog your arteries. But I don’t get it when people promote detox as a way to weight. Most people who losw weight through a detox usually put it back on after a while. Weight loss is not a goal that you achieve and then settle it’s a lifestyle that needs to be adopted for the rest of your life. So although I wouldn’t hesitate from recommending this book by Linda because I have liked her other books so far. But look at it as way to lose some weight. Make some healthier choices everyday.
