Informative and motivating, but a little one-sided

An entertaining and informative read. The recommendations fit my biases, so I enjoyed it and will take a lot of the advice. The science is obviously well researched, but after seeing and hearing some opposing arguments, particularly from Rhonda Patrick, it feels somewhat one-sided.
