This book bundle includes two books. One of which talks about the nutrition side of fitness and other goes into motivation and mindset of staying fit. You need the nutrition info just as bad as you need the mental toughness and motivation to stay dedicated. That’s what you get in this book bundle. I have struggled with losing some weight all my life. And finally I am getting to the core of the problem. Which is the weight loss mindset. You need to have a certain type of mindset to lose weight and improve your life. Otherwise no diet in the world works, even if it does and you do lose some weight, it comes right back on.
