Hi, my name is Sarrah Sehaan and just like everyone else trying to find inner peace in life. January 2004, after I graduated from college and was accepted as a financial analyst in a global financial company, my life changed. It was fantastic and I was having a great time, the problem was my whole lifestyle was altered. My diet changed, I was sleeping less and because of the work load it actually became quite stressful.
