I am slim, bur pretty unfit – yes, it’s embarrassing running for a train at 34 and being overtaken by 60 year olds. I cannot have that and so I got this book to improve my energy levels day to day and fitness.

Easy to follow advice presented clearly and professionally.

A really excellent book that provides positive and uncluttered information to hlep anyone concerned about their health and wellbeing. I found many of the easy to follow sections highly informative, especially the one on Cardio exercise, an area most people probably neglect every day without giving their heart as a muscle as second thought. No ‘faddy’ or ‘weird’ diets here, just plain old common sense advice that should make staying healthy and fat-free achievable for anyone who cares to read it and follow the author’s good advice.

Health and Fitness is a good guide to be healthy and fit. It has some great pointers to get you on the right track and get started with your goals. This book teaches you about crabs, which most people just simply cut out of their diet or eat the wrong ones, This book talks about the good carbs which are important in your diet. Great read!
