hidden hurt

I read hush and I could not put the book down, hushed was the same. I wanted to find out that Jane and her sister were safe in the end. This story is a fiction and pretty graphic which really was hard to read but it was hard to put down too, makes you realise that it could well be a true story for some who meet the wrong people in life, who abuse others in many different ways. Well worth reading both books. Fantastic writer, hopefully it’s written to make people aware of the trauma others can suffer at the hands of sick individuals

Amazing, 5 stars are not enough!

I read the first book believing it to be true…please forgive that mishap! I was anxious to read the second book which I did in 2 days! I have to give praise for the writing skills and how the writer was able to hook me pulling me into the story with Jane, rooting for a happy ending…I was not disappointed. Even though the ending was hardly happy it was satisfying and the twist at the very end now has me counting down the days until another instalment is available! So get writing!

All emotions rolled into one book!!!

I enjoyed this book more than the first. Reading what Jane and Bree went through was heartbreaking, it’s very raw, upsetting reading and it hits you hard. But I really enjoyed it. And was pleased they finally made it to happiness, I felt it was good closure when reading about such an awful subject. Spoiler to the possible next book was exciting too!!!

This is the sequel to Hush – which I have …

This is the sequel to Hush – which I have also reviewed. The same comments apply, only in this book there does seem to be some hope of resolution at the end. There is no way the main protagonist can come out of this experience without being severely traumatized, but she might have a future, at least.
