Simple, tasty and plenty of the right food.

All of these books are good. Motivation and determination goes with every venture ti break a habit, but this one is much easier and so much tastier than any others we’ve tried. There’s plenty of food with correct portion sizing being more than you feel you need at times, so you might find you’re cutting your portion size down yourself! It’s not a diet, it’s advice to alter or improve habits.

Even a 68 year-old can make these

I have tried several of the recipes, which even this 68 year-old can make without any fuss and it gives my wife a break after 44 years, plus, it fits in with her eating plan and weight control. I have been known to add some (more) fresh red chilli to one or two of the dishes!

Joe is beautiful. The book is a nice change from dieting books and exercise books as it explains how to balance food with some regular basic exercises to get a better body. It also has examples of people who have used this to show you it is achievable.
