Why 5 stars for a 39 page book….simply because it has helped and that’s what I needed. The advice and techniques offered here are straight forward and simple to apply. No waffle or information that requires a degree in psycho analysis to understand. I will certainly be employing the techniques described and feel confident (that’s not a term I often use lately) that they will help. You may have to read it more than once to well and truly grasp what is being said and what you have to do. However it is possible. This is the first time I’ve read this and I most definitely will be reading it again as we all go through stages of negative thinking and sometimes it can take a very long time to get through it. I know that with this book I can and will.

Sometimes my mind can wander and before I know it on in the depths of negativity. This is a great quick fix to get you back on track and I have reviewed harnessed the key skills and taken on board lots of advice so I can see the world in a different light. I have seen the power of positive thinking and manifestation first hand thanks to the secret and this is a great little booster. Let’s see what happens now I’m back in the game. Thanks for the fix.

I have anxiety and I frequently have a negative way of thinking. This book helped me to identify exactly what it is that can cause the negativity in my mind and how to overcome those issues. I tried out some of these techniques and found them very helpful. This book has definitely allowed me to think more positively and will hopefully continue to aid me throughout my life. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their own life. This was just one step for me on my journey but it was one that needed to be taken. This book certainly isn’t a cure all but I think it’s important to ease yourself into a big life change and this is one step you can take easily; one that will hopefully lead you to the next step needed to improve your life too.

Quite an inspiring read. Short and sweet, but clear and to the point. Not an overload on information, so easy to digest. A good starting place for people wanting to come out of their shell.

I thought this was quite a comprehensive rea considering it is only 39 pages long. The book has been structured very well in my opinion and it has made me reflect on the way I think about day to day and life changing decisions/events in my life.

A condensed version of “the power of now” if you’re struggling with negative thinking and a busy mind, this is the book to kick start you on the right path. When you’ve a busy mind, concentrating for long periods can be a struggle, so this is a fantastic book for starting out on a positive journey. Thank you for sharing your time to help others.
