I have been finding adapting to the raw food diet really tricky despite many attempts. This book has been really helpful in that it gives simple and practical advice on how to do the basics right. The recipes are also really varied which makes giving in to non raw snacking a lot easier to avoid! Rally recommend this book if you have found others to be a bit airy fairy!
