Fantastic book. Well laid out and entertaining. Inspiring stuff. I would recommend this for people who are familiar with Dr Mcdougal, forks over knives and other plant based diet ideas.

but still only really enjoy potatoes for breakfast when they are fried with eggs …

Tried this after seeing Penn Jillettes big think video. A week in was essentially struggling with cravings but was sticking to it. Went looking for more info and found Andrews videos. He had a great attitude and positive approach so I said I’d check out the book for any advice on cravings and I’m glad I did. It’s short n sweet but it’ll be helpful for anyone who struggles in their relationship with food. Gonna try and go for another week but I’ve already seen benefits in just 6 days so I’d recommend doing it to anyone and I’d recommend this book with its simple straightforward advice as a great help for anyone taking on the challenge. Credit to Andrew for making this happen.

I am trying out this diet and so far it has had a good effect on my diabetes and quickly which gives me the boost I need to keep with it and change my addiction to food. I had always thought that potatoes were fattening and to be avoided, was I wrong!
