Awesome book with many practical approaches. Fantastic for myself as a personal trainer, but not too in depth that I can recommend clients read it. Cons: needs more photos of Dr Nadolsky :p

There is a lot of concern about the “obesity epidemic” but seeming confusion about how to address it. Even the tired instruction to “eat less move more” while true is not always easy to implement, for many reasons.

This is a fantastic book. Whether you’re working on your own or with a coach, Spencer’s book is fundamental to anyone looking to change their lifestyle. It will equip the reader with understanding and skills required to achieve long term healthy habitual lifestyle changes. Additionally, this book would be well suited for any coaches or nutrition consultants working with obese or overweight clients. Great work from the Doc Who Lifts!

This book is a really easy read that conveys the message perfectly. I know it must be hard to distill such complex messages into such simple words, but Doc Nadolsky has nailed it. I have bought copies for family members too to help them answer questions they often ask me.

It makes a refreshing change to finally read a diet book based on common sense practices and without trying to push a hidden agenda. As someone that follows a similar philosophy I can definitely relate to this book,and is a great starting point for people who have failed with diets in the past.
