Man, big follower of your social media work and spend my days quoting either yourself or someone you have quoted. Spent a few weeks in the states where I was meeting lots of people and found myself spreading the word of Brian Keane Fitness through discussions on Tai Lopez etc. Reading your book on Kindle at the moment, absolutely loving it. As I said, love all your daily posts but there is something brilliant about having a concrete, nailed down version of your thoughts man. I love the impulsiveness of your chats, but that almost makes me appreciate your thought out thoughts even more so. 100% recommend this book to anyone looking to get a grip on what it takes to make a change in your life, not in the form of a “diet change” but in the form of a lifestyle change, something that is maintainable. Top class! Worry of bestseller status.

It’s a great book and the nutrition part of the book is awesome, just finished the fitness part and I thought it was very informative and I can’t wait to read the mindset section. One thing I did notice is that the book tends to be more for people who want to lose weight and burn calories, not that there is anything wrong with that it’s just that I wish there was a few paragraphs on gaining weight and maintaining calories for individuals who may want to keep their calories and gain weight.

I started following Brian by chance on Instagram one day and I can honestly say, I find him so personable and easy to listen to that I bought his book. As soon as it arrived I started reading it and guess what? It makes sense. And in a way that I never though a fitness book would. I am so eager to get started on a get lean plan having lost 2 stone that this book has stirred something in me….this is my time and I will succeed and I have Brian Keane and his motivational and encouraging attitude to thank.

I’ve followed Brian’s work for quite a while now and this is an understatement if anything, but Brian has not only changed the way I train and my body shape but his knowledge, advice and sheer inspirational personality have changed my mentality in life but most importantly he has helped me find confidence in myself and doing MY thing. Brian you have changed my life and you don’t even know it! Whether you eat, sleep and breathe fitness/sport like myself or aren’t even active, you NEED to read this book! I’d been waiting likr a child for Christmas for this book to come out. I promise you will be glad you’ve read this book and guarantee it will change your life in some way shape or form. I can’t thank you enough Brian! Keep doing your thing!

I first came across Brian about 5 months ago. His podcast was reccomended to me by a friend. I listened to one podcast and that was that I was hooked. I followed him on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. Brian is a fountain of knowledge. I actually call brian my Snapchat boyfriend when I’m talking to my own boyfriend. (He doesn’t mind haha) He has knowledge on tonnes of sports and different kinds of fitness I personally do crossfit/strength and conditioning and find this book so helpful. This book is a must for anyone that is into fitness and wellbeing. Positivity pours out of every page in this book. If you buy one book this year, let it be this one!!!

Amazing book by an amazing person. I’m currently recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery and have been struggling mentally and physically with the rehab. This book has lifted my book hugely and I have started rereading again today.

Excellent book. Brian’s knowledge and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing on his social media accounts is what made me get the book and I was not disappointed. It’s an excellent book and I would highly recommend it, not a difficult read but full of great information.

I have followed Brian for a couple of years now and find his content to be informative original and relevant with great examples from real life experiences. I finished this book in a day & now have pages marked and highlighted For a number of his tips that will help me achieve my goals. It’s a book with so much guidance and easily comprehendable facts about nutrition which I never fully grasped until now. The Practical Life Tips section is a part I really enjoyed. Overall, it is the best practical book I have ever read & will be a go-to book for life tips and training tips and nutritional guidance.

Genuinely really enjoyed this book! Read the entire thing within 2 days and I constantly revert back to it when I’m querying something especially the chapter on supplements. It gives you the facts without overloading you with needless information to ensure you get the basics and know them well! It gives you the information to create your own fitness and diet plan without just following another sample diet and exercise plan

Great book for any level of fitness.
