Body AND Mind Workout

This book is essentially two parts training body and mind. Both are really well written and easy to follow personally the mindset part of this book resonated with me the most as I started to see traits in myself as I explained the book showing me that I have a weak mindset and that I need to train it along with my physical excercise. This section is heavy reading particularly if it resonated with you as you see all the problems stresses and worries that make up your life, holding you back. This is at first a disappointing reality but Brian shows you this is okay and puts the steps in place to build a healthier mindset so your body will follow. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone

Man, big follower of your social media work and spend my days quoting either yourself or someone you have quoted. Spent a few weeks in the states where I was meeting lots of people and found myself spreading the word of Brian Keane Fitness through discussions on Tai Lopez etc. Reading your book on Kindle at the moment, absolutely loving it. As I said, love all your daily posts but there is something brilliant about having a concrete, nailed down version of your thoughts man. I love the impulsiveness of your chats, but that almost makes me appreciate your thought out thoughts even more so. 100% recommend this book to anyone looking to get a grip on what it takes to make a change in your life, not in the form of a “diet change” but in the form of a lifestyle change, something that is maintainable. Top class! Worry of bestseller status.

Brilliant book to help you start and keep you going

I have never been one to get a book for fitness or even mindset. When the book came in the post it probably took me a few days to sit down and look through it, I then ended up reading it. I really enjoyed reading it and rereading some parts a few more times. From your snapchats and youtube videos, I got the knowledge and confidence to start going to the gym. Which also resulting in me helping my brother, the book helps me to understand what am doing and why. The book is great, very simple and easy to read. The examples and quote really help to understand what your talking about. I find the book very handy to have because I can physical go back and look up what I have forgotten. Its a great read and have recommended to lots of people. The mindset helps loads, to keep the Positivity. Hope this is a start to many more to come.

It’s a great book and the nutrition part of the book is awesome, just finished the fitness part and I thought it was very informative and I can’t wait to read the mindset section. One thing I did notice is that the book tends to be more for people who want to lose weight and burn calories, not that there is anything wrong with that it’s just that I wish there was a few paragraphs on gaining weight and maintaining calories for individuals who may want to keep their calories and gain weight.

This book was excellent – if you have no knowledge at all in the areas of fitness, nutrition and mindset it serves as a great intro, explaining all the basics, however it also builds on this information with further explanations of key concepts and why a certain method works etc. making it helpful to someone with experience in the field of fitness/nutrition. Brian’s use of himself as an example (struggles he encountered and how he overcame them) throughout the book makes the book a thourougly easy and enjoyable read. The mindset section is also excellent and probably my favourite chapter in the book is the very last one, well worth the money for this alone! Looking forward to the next book, maybe going into even further detail in terms of either nutrition, fitness or mindset.

I thought I was buying this book solely for the nutritional and training tips alone…. how wrong I was!! I’ve learnt how to get the most out of my training, what supplements will support what I need but more importantly he’s opened my eyes to the importance of a good nights sleep and how this all links to anxiety etc. His sections on mindset, anxiety and worry are amazing. His daughter will be very proud when she reads this in years to come. What’s most useful is that Brian has written this book through all of his trials and errors so his advice and explanations are honest. An amazing book. Couldn’t put it down! If you’re anyway at all into fitness, nutrition or need a book that helps you understand anxiety and worry etc BUY THIS!! Thanks Brian!

I started following Brian by chance on Instagram one day and I can honestly say, I find him so personable and easy to listen to that I bought his book. As soon as it arrived I started reading it and guess what? It makes sense. And in a way that I never though a fitness book would. I am so eager to get started on a get lean plan having lost 2 stone that this book has stirred something in me….this is my time and I will succeed and I have Brian Keane and his motivational and encouraging attitude to thank.

I’ve followed Brian’s work for quite a while now and this is an understatement if anything, but Brian has not only changed the way I train and my body shape but his knowledge, advice and sheer inspirational personality have changed my mentality in life but most importantly he has helped me find confidence in myself and doing MY thing. Brian you have changed my life and you don’t even know it! Whether you eat, sleep and breathe fitness/sport like myself or aren’t even active, you NEED to read this book!
