Highly recommended common sense diet.

This is the best diet I have ever tried for many reasons. Firstly it is an inclusive diet, you are not required to cut anything out, it is balanced and the recipes include carbs, protein, meat, fish, veg and fruit, everything you would have been taught at school you need to eat for a healthy, balanced diet. Secondly it does not leave you hungry. Thirdly the recipes are delicious, the food was much better than the muck I was eating that was making me put on weight. Fourthly, all this healthy food makes me feel fantastic, providing energy instead of sapping it like many exclusion diets do. And finally and mostly importantly, it works – I lost 9lbs in the first week!

The book is clear and very useful. I use it almost daily. I would likeclear tables both of Sirt values and calories though at the end. It would make planning easier.
