Using data-driven and evidence-based practices has enabled me to successfully manage my addictions to the point where I no longer desire them.  I learned what addictions really are, how they affect the brain and why many recovery methods do not work.

After nearly a decade of sobriety, I started to put together this system to help others as it has helped myself. As a post-graduate student in rehabilitation counseling, a degree in Psychology, Sociology and Business, I appreciate evidenced-based practices to say the least!
