Great Book!

I am 25 pounds overweight and I’ve been trying to lose those extra pounds for a while now. I am glad I found this book because finally I found a high quality book that not only contains great information but also lays down the so called myths about weight loss. Many times people tell you to do this or eat that in order to lose weight but many times these are all myths – and I am glad the author clarified my doubts with this. This book contains a list of diets and more importantly it is a highly motivational book that will wake you up and make you take action right away. I highly recommend this book for others who are looking to lose weight.
