Very good book to read. I am always looking for new ways to improve my health and shed the few pounds that are lingering on my body. I’m very surprised to find out that to lose weight, you don’t have to do anything great, it’s the small changes that really count in the long run. Which does make sense to me, its about being committed and keeping it consistent (which I have trouble doing by the way). It also gives us many great recipes that will surely helps us to have a healthy and better lifestyle. After reading this book, I am now motivated to improve my health more then ever. I encourage anyone who reads this, do the same! Take your health to a new level. Highly recommend!

Great recipes to keep calories low and still yummy!

This is not a diet book. It is not filled with fad advice to help you loose weight. It is simply loaded with tons of recipes that are delicious, filling and low calorie to help you feel like you are depriving yourself, but can still help you loose the weight. I love books like this. They add to my library of recipes and give me more options to feel better about my eating habits. The recipes are divided into breakfast, lunch & dinner main dish, sides, salads, and desserts. The recipes have easy instructions with common ingredients and they show the yield of the recipe and the calories per serving. Some great yummy recipes that stand out to me: Oatmeal Pumpkin Pancakes, Mango Soy Smoothie, Turkey Meat Loaf, Idaho Fries and Vinegar, Sweet Potato Fritters, and desserts under 200 calories including a Tiramisu, Brownie Pudding Cake and Chocolate Chip Cookies!!! Yum!

This book gets straight to the point on the recipes that will help you lose weight. I’m not sure if it has helped me lose weight yet. But I’ll review again in a few months. I can tell the change in my body is good though. My energy levels are higher after trying these recipes out. I switched from eating junk food all day to trying to cook these recipes and I can definitely feel the results already. Definitely people should try this out.
