"Intricate, taut, and completely mesmerizing, Gary Grossman's thriller Executive Treason is a hit! Grossman expertly blends together globe-spanning locations, well-researched technology, finely crafted narrative, and intriguing characters to create a virtuoso tale. Highly recommended." –Dale Brown, New York Times bestselling author of ACT OF WAR

"Executive Treason is as topical as tomorrow's Internet blog … fast-paced, with vivid characters and a plot right off the front pages. Surprises you on every page. A winner." –Larry Bond, New York Times bestselling author of DANGEROUS GROUND

"More chilling than science fiction. Gary Grossman shows how the media itself can become a weapon of mass destruction. You'll never listen to talk radio again without a shiver going down your spine." –Gary Goldman, Executive Producer, MINORITY REPORT Screenwriter, NAVY SEALS and TOTAL RECALL

The secret terrorist organization that came within a heartbeat of installing its agent as President of the United States in Executive Actions is back with a new (and more deadly) plot to destabilize the U.S. government. The mugging and murder of a female White House staffer leads Secret Service agent Scott Roarke to the elusive and mysterious assassin who manages to always stay one step ahead of him. But as the plot unfolds, new clues about the assassin's past come to light, and they just may give him the tools he needs to catch his quarry.

Great second in series

 on 20 February 2017
By Mrs C Hutchinson.
Second in the series and does not disappoint. Once again Scott Roarke’s close relationship with the president puts him at the centre of plot to destabilise the government of the US. We know many of the characters from Executive Action but once again I found the first few chapters rather difficult to get to grips with and familiarise myself with the new threats. I think this may be because I listen to the books on audible and although the vocal characterisations are good, it is difficult to check back and confirm the characters in my mind. This is a well thought out political thriller with several strands and great action in the final third of the book. It may seem a strange comment but in the middle of so much death and destruction I don’t feel it was really necessary to bring a dog into the story and then shoot it in order to have the target in the right place. This is personal bug bear though and I just wish authors wouldn’t use animals like this.

I enjoyed the previous book in this series and this was a really good sequel although at times the American constitution alterations puzzled me. As with the last book in the series it needed concentration at times but at others I was loathe to leave the story to sleep. I shall certainly follow Gary Grossman’s writing.

Will there be any more books in this series? I recommend these books to anyone who appreciates good story telling, good writing, tight and tense plots and thought provoking content.

Excellent story line a bit wordy in places, sex scenes were not required in such detail, but that will not stop me reading more from this author.

Scary – Could it happen

I just hope this doesn’t inspire Al Qaeda like Clancy’s Debt of Honour maybe did for 9-11. Is the water supply really that vulnerable?
