I know that many of my readers are female so I decided to help out you guys a bit further and get more specific and outline some great workout routines for women.

Our author/advisor/new friend is simply Jim (no last name) and he comes with the credentials that make us pay attention right away: he is a qualified fitness coach and personal trainer, a long distance runner and competition body builder, and served in the British Army with the 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers. I know that as we get older, it is harder to lose weight and gain muscle. While that may be the case, anyone can be successful with a little motivation and the tips in this book. With great advice on particular issues that “older” women face – age, cellulite, gravity – this book is a must for any woman. The path to fitness has to start somewhere and what better place than in your own home. I definitely recommend this book.

A fitness instructor and a soldier too! What’s not to like, girls? But seriously, this is a really smart book which communicates well with women. We ARE different, and its fantastic that a trainer like James Atkinson knows that, and knows how to get his message across. Lots of good advice and achievable targets here. Great System, Great Book.
