Good guide for beginners!

This book is just what I needed right now. I wanted to start something new apart from the normal walking and doing few streches. This book is a good guide for beginners like myself. I really enjoyed reading this book, everything is explained in a good manner which makes it easier to understand and follow. I also suffer from back pain and after reading this book I found out that Pilates can also help with that. I can’t wait to start exercising!

I’ve always wanted to lose weight but I have never really gone out and taken massive action to get it done. I have an image of myself when I’m fit and with the body I always wanted which I want to make a reality. I can also say it was due to a lack of effective drills, instruction and strategy but this book has given my a way to go forward to make my dream a reality.

I recommend this to everyone who is interested!
