I absolutely loved this book. I have read so many of these books in the past and put them down 20 or 30 pages in. I read Brian’s book in 2 days! Then read it again, cover to cover 2 days later! Not only is there so much to learn from this book, it is so clear and easy to read for anyone at all. The words flow from the pages! If you don’t follow Brian on social media you should! He is a wealth of knowledge and you can almost hear him reciting the information to you from the book in that lovely Galway accent!! The mental health aspect here is spot on and no mater where you are in you life it WILL motivate your to get up and going or to push harder for your goals! I really can’t see anyone not having some new thoughts from this book.

I bought Brian’s book and had it read within the evening. I honestly found everything in the book so easy to understand, but also interesting and informative. I am trying to not only improve my own fitness levels, my mindset and my approach to life, I am also on a path to changing careers.

This is definitely a 100% reccomendation, if you are either starting or continuing a journey you’ve already began, this book is for you! I have been following Brian Keane since I started my fitness journey on social media, through that setting I had already found him a greeat source of inspiration and knowledge, then he announced he was writing his own book and since then I have been waiting for its release. Well it was released and it was promtly ordered, when it arrived I couldnt wait to read but as per usual life got in the way for the first few days, so last Friday morning I decided to sit down early and quicly gloss over it before I left for work, near the end of the book later I was informed of the time and realised I had nearly finished the book. It is so well written and so easy to follow and understand I found myself not wanting to put it down, and admittedly I am not one for reading at all, but this book had peaked my interest from the get go, it has a personal touch to which I could really relate to, I found myself being able to put myself in some similar situations and getting a laugh out of it. Brilliantly written and made easy to follow for the gym goer and the starter its a definite add on to any collection, so whether you are in the middle of your own journey or just starting out this book will guide you in the right direction..

I really liked this book. I have read hundreds of self help books and i say this is one of the good ones. It’s short and sweet but also packed full of grand advice for training, eating the right stuff at the right times to optimise gains or fat loss and also for setting goals. It has some nice quotes within and a section about dealing with adversity and using stoicism. I’d never heard of Brian but I seen that this book had a lot of good reviews and justifiably so. I have subscribed to his you tube channel and been watching some of his podcasts and he has really good energy and enthusiasm not to mention advice. Just do yourself a favor and buy Brian’s book… You won’t be disappointed.

I have never been one to get a book for fitness or even mindset. When the book came in the post it probably took me a few days to sit down and look through it, I then ended up reading it. I really enjoyed reading it and rereading some parts a few more times. From your snapchats and youtube videos, I got the knowledge and confidence to start going to the gym. Which also resulting in me helping my brother, the book helps me to understand what am doing and why. The book is great, very simple and easy to read. The examples and quote really help to understand what your talking about. I find the book very handy to have because I can physical go back and look up what I have forgotten. Its a great read and have recommended to lots of people. The mindset helps loads, to keep the Positivity. Hope this is a start to many more to come.

Quality guide to fitness and mindset

This is a brilliant book. Bought it whilst away on holiday when I saw other reviews and my parents brought it out to me. I’m not a big reader but easily got through it in a few days. It contains great information abiut nutrition and workouts that make a Lot of sense. I’ve been on fad diets and various gym plans for years and not had any great successes.a lot of what this book aims at is the flaws in hose plans and how I can overcome them. The mindset stuff towards the back of the book gives you a great insight into Brian’s life, but also LOADS of really applicable stuff that I am. Implement into my own life. Being a primary teacher myself, a lot of his stories really hit home. Thanks for creating such a comprehensive, yet easy to read, book.

I loved it all

This wasn’t what I had expected at all. I layout the flow, the structure, I loved it all. I went straight to the mindset section as this was where I need guidance right now in life. I read it from start to finish without putting it down. So honestly written, easily to follow and so inspiring. It gave me that spark again to continue and renew my journey, it gave me everything I needed and re-ignited my passion to look after myself and my mind again. There are so many books out there with similar content but you won’t find one written so well and easy to follow as this, definitely recommend it as a starter book for anyone wanting to improve there life. It will guarantee make you excited for life again. Full of inspiration and recommendations. Thanks Brian, cannot wait for your next one, Danielle.

Excellent for beginner and advanced fitness people

This book was excellent – if you have no knowledge at all in the areas of fitness, nutrition and mindset it serves as a great intro, explaining all the basics, however it also builds on this information with further explanations of key concepts and why a certain method works etc. making it helpful to someone with experience in the field of fitness/nutrition. Brian’s use of himself as an example (struggles he encountered and how he overcame them) throughout the book makes the book a thourougly easy and enjoyable read. The mindset section is also excellent and probably my favourite chapter in the book is the very last one, well worth the money for this alone! Looking forward to the next book, maybe going into even further detail in terms of either nutrition, fitness or mindset.
