I was sign posted to this book from a course I am studying about the brain and mental health. I am doing an assignment about mental health and exercise and this book especially chapter two has been highly relevant. Very interesting. I am pleased I took the time to read this book.

This book covers every subject you want to know about exercises and the effect it has on the body. Whether young or old I found it a great stimulant to look after my own health better than I have in the past .
